Online access

Pacific Radiology provides referrers with online access to scans and reports.

Requirements

You will need:

  • an account on our system.
  • the Inteleviewer software (links below).
  • a reasonably modern computer running Windows XP/Vista/7 or Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard (we suggest 1GB of memory or more).
  • an internet connection (people with restrictive firewalls will need to ensure ports 443 and 5022 aren’t blocked for outgoing traffic).
  • training in how to use the software

Getting an account

Accounts are only available to referrers (doctors, physiotherapists, dentists, surgeons, etc). You will need to complete, sign and return our privacy form (PDF).
