  • Dr Peter Bellamy

    MB BS FRCR

    Pete has a special interest in ultrasound.

    He is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK, also completing his radiology training in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He came to New Zealand in 1987.

    Pete is an associate radiologist at Pacific Radiology.

  • Dr Ian Best

    MB ChB FRANZCR

    Ian has subspecialty training in musculoskeletal MRI. His special interests include musculoskeletal imaging, musculoskeletal and spine intervention.

    He graduated from Otago in 1999. Ian completed his radiology training in Wellington and a musculoskeletal MRI fellowship with the Christchurch Radiology Group.

    Ian is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology and a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Doug Braithwaite

    Doug’s special interests are in neuroradiology, MRI and vascular imaging.

    He is an Otago graduate, completing his radiology training in Auckland.

    Doug is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology and a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Terence Cousins

    MB ChB FRANZCR

    Terence has special interests in neuroradiology, head and neck (including dental) imaging, spinal injections, CT colonoscopy and cardiac CT.

    A graduate of Auckland, he completed his radiology training in Wellington with a fellowship in diagnostic neuroradiology at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth, WA.

    Terence is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology and a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

    John’s special interests are in neuroradiology and interventional imaging.

    He graduated from Otago and completed his radiology training in Wellington.

    John is a consultant radiologist at Wellington Hospital and Pacific Radiology. He is a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Joe Feltham

    MB CHB FRANZCR

    Joe has special interests in interventional radiology with a focus on interventional oncology, abdominal and hepatobiliary MRI and CT.

    A graduate of Otago, he completed his radiology training in Wellington with an abdominal and interventional fellowship at Cabrini Hospital in Melbourne.

    Joe is a consultant radiologist at Wellington Hospital and Pacific Radiology. He is a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Trevor FitzJohn

    MB BS BMedSci DMRD FRCR FRANZCR

    Trevor has special interests in neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, PET/CT, MRI, neuro-intervention and bone densitometry.

    He is a graduate of the University of Newcastle- upon-Tyne, UK, in science and medicine, coming to New Zealand in 1986.

    Trevor is a consultant radiologist at Wellington Hospital and Pacific Radiology. He is the Chairman of Pacific Radiology Ltd and a director of the Pacific Radiology Group.

    Mulvey’s special interests are in MRI and musculoskeletal imaging.

    A graduate of Otago in 2000, he completed his radiology training in Wellington with a musculoskeletal fellowship in Vancouver.

    Mulvey is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology and a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Andrew Kingzett Taylor

    MB ChB FRANZCR

    Andrew has special interests in MRI and musculoskeletal radiology.

    He graduated from Bristol University, completing his radiology training in Palmerston North and Auckland. He was Visiting Fellow to the Musculoskeletal Section at the University of California, San Francisco and San Francisco MRI Centre.

    Andrew is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology and a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Lance Lawler

    Lance has special interests in healthcare administration, heart and body imaging.

    He graduated from Otago and completed his radiology training in Christchurch.

    Lance is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology. He is the Managing Director of Pacific Radiology Ltd and Chief Executive of the Pacific Radiology Group.

  • Dr Mark Leadbitter

    MB ChB FRANZCR

    Mark’s special interests are in ultrasound, MRI and paediatric radiology, and teaching.

    He graduated from Otago and completed his radiology training in Wellington.

    He is a committee member of the New Zealand Branch of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, and a trustee of the New Zealand Branch Education Trust, administered by RANZCR.

    Mark is a consultant radiologist at Wellington Hospital and Pacific Radiology. He is a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Fran McCaul

    Fran has a special interest in mammography and breast screening.

    She graduated from Otago and completed her radiology training in Wellington.

    Fran is a consultant radiologist at Hutt Hospital and Pacific Radiology. She is a director of Pacific Radiology.

  • Dr John Mathews

    MB ChB FRANZCR

    John’s special interests include musculoskeletal and breast imaging, and nuclear medicine including PET/CT.

    He is a graduate of Otago, completed his radiology training in Wellington and then completed a musculoskeletal and chest imaging fellowship at the University of Michigan, USA.

    John is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology and also a visiting consultant radiologist to Wellington Hospital and BreastScreen Aotearoa. He is a director of Pacific Radiology Ltd.

  • Dr Mike Nowitz

    MB ChB FFRad(D)(SA) FRANZCR

    Mike’s special interests are gastrointestinal and chest radiology, bone densitometry and teaching.

    He graduated from Witwatersand University, Johannesburg, South Africa before emigrating to New Zealand in the early 1990s.

    Mike is Senior Lecturer in Radiology at the University of Otago, Wellington Campus and an associate radiologist at Pacific Radiology.

  • Dr James Wellwood

    James has special interests in mammography and ultrasound.

    He graduated from Otago, completing his radiology training in Wellington.

    James is the Clinical Director for BreastScreen Central. He is a consultant radiologist at Wellington and Hutt Hospitals, as well as Pacific Radiology. He is a director of Pacific Radiology.

  • Dr Rodney Wu

    Rodney has special interests in body imaging and cardiac CT.

    He graduated from Otago, completing his radiology training in Wellington.

    He is a trustee of the New Zealand Branch Education Trust, administered by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.

    Rodney is a consultant radiologist at Wellington Hospital and Pacific Radiology. He is a director of Pacific Radiology.
